Here's a typical scenario when you start looking for a property to purchase:
You approach a real estate company - speak to a salesperson and tell them what you are looking for and they immediately take you to view heaps of properties that are either unsuited to your needs or are priced way above what you told the salesperson your budget
was.
Or..
You see a property advertised in a real estate property magazine or newspaper and call the agent concerned.
The agent gives you the address of the property and says to drive by and give him a call back if you like it..
You do the drive by. Don't like it.. and never call that agent again. Likewise, the real estate agent never calls you.
